Create a multichannel campaign targeted at Pharmacists to help position Apotex as the generic partner of choice.
Our Approach
We conducted in-depth research with key stakeholders and internal senior personnel while also analyzing key competitors’ presence and messaging. Our research findings led to brand positioning identifying the key differentiator as ‘Apotex is truly Canadian’. A full multi-channel campaign was developed, including journal ads, website, videos, trade show booths, infographics, slide shows and sales materials.
The Results
The Apotex sales team was reenergized, which led to an increase in stakeholder meetings and retention of sales. Sales targets were exceeded and the campaign continued to be expanded.
