We can help you by conducting website audits for WCAG 2.0 compliance, work with your team to communicate necessary changes, and remediate PDFs (including product monographs) and other documents to ensure accessibility.
This is the phase where we gather as much information as possible about your brand. No question is unwelcome; no piece of research is irrelevant, and all team members and stakeholders are invited to the table.
After the project is defined, we develop the brief or project plan. This document will outline all the key requirements as well as the plan for content, design and functionality. We will also include any recommended social and video integration.
Creative design concepts are generally developed in two stages. First, two different concepts of the key landing or cover page and one interior section are presented to gather client feedback and direction on content, feature placement and weighting.
For digital projects, development is where all the decisions made along the way come to fruition. For print pieces, development includes the print production.
Once the project is complete, we deploy to its final destination. We also implement the measurement and analysis, learning and improving along the way.
